How do you take big decisions that change/changed your lives?

How do I take big decision?                 
1. Reflect on my past decisions. Good or bad, each teaches a lesson. To learn by your mistakes is key, but don’t forget your triumphs. They are just as important.                                             
2. Make mistake and learn from them.   
3. Make the small decision with my head and big one with my heart.                   
4.Have a good, deep, non-judgemental look at what's inside you.
